Kvemo Kartli. SIQA has organized the regional debates tournament in Rustavi on December 8. School-based civic club members from the Rustavi and Bolnisi Municipalities have participated in the event. The debates tournament was carried out in the format of the Karl Popper values, under the resolution "monarchic rule is justified in Georgia". 8 teams participating in the tournament were trained by peer educators. Memorable prizes were awarded to the winner teams and best debaters.
