Tbilisi. The Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center has released a video on the tents erected on the Moscow Avenue. "At the initiative of governmental agencies, tents were erected on the Moscow Avenue for the homeless citizens. According to the latest data, over 100 persons are having a shelter here from the winter frosts. The video produced by EMC demonstrates the living conditions of these persons," says the organization's page.
