Tbilisi. The Memorandum of Cooperation was executed on January 23 between "Caritas Georgia" and the Georgian Association of Private Colleges, aiming at promoting the development and introduction of the human rights based care culture in the health and social protection system, as well as developing and publishing the in-house care manuals, methodic literature and education programs and training the in-house care specialists.
