staff policies in the civil service. This time Transparency International -
Georgia works on the study aimed at describing the course of competitions held
in the civil service. The organization distributed a questionnaire intended for
persons who had applied for vacant positions announced in the central
authorities after 1 March 2013 and have substantial doubt that the selection competitions
were conducted unfairly.
