As
part of the Civic Education and Teacher Training Program, a training was
delivered on January 28 for the civic club members of the Kutaisi partner schools
in "Juvenile Crimes - Diversion and Mediation", led by the lawyer
from GYLA. Civic club members got familiar with a crime and notion of sentence;
liability of natural persons and legal entities in respect of offences;
differences between the crimes. Concrete cases were examined, according to
which forms of liability applied in case of this or that offence were determined.
