Court Satisfies the Lawsuit of “Identoba”
Tbilisi. The Constitutional Court of Georgia has satisfied the claim
of "Identoba” concerning blood donation. The Court found as unconstitutional
the orders of the Minister of Labor, Health and Social Welfare of Georgia,
which regulate issues of donation of blood and its components.
