“Identoba” Releases Statement
Tbilisi. CSO "Identoba” has released a statement on the response of
the Ministry of Health in relation to the Constitutional Court decision. "The
Ministry of Health of Georgia released a statement, according to which the
decision of the Constitutional Court of Georgia allegedly invalidates already
invalidated order, and that the 8 October 2013 orders of the Minister of Health
do not contradict the Constitution of Georgia. This is not true,” says the
statement.
