The “Young Barristers” – “The court is not independent of assignments”
Tbilisi. Non-governmental organization the "Young Barristers” have an initiative of more political rulings for independence of court system and freedom, stating, that in the court system an issue of inner belief still depends on political processes. This was announced by the co-founder of the organization – Mr. Archil Kaikatsishvili on February 12th, 2014.
