Second Debate Competition
Tbilisi. On
February 1-8, second Karl Popper format debate competition was held by the "Free
Debate League”. The resolutions of the competition were as follows: in case of
need the state is allowed to restrict freedom; an alleged terrorist can be
tortured for getting information.
