Kvemo Kartli. On September 14 the Rustavi Civic Engagement Center has hosted the public debates among the civic clubs of Kvemo Kartli and Shida Kartli on "participation in elections must be mandatory under the law". The participants have developed their debating and public appearance skills and planned joint activities. Up to 50 students from both regions have participated in the debates.
