Tbilisi. On September26, the
"International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy" has staged
the Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT). PVT was carried out during one hour. 97
percent of observers have reported successfully. The organization will carry
out PVT at the 2012 parliamentary elections, which includes the collection and
analysis of qualitative and quantitative information from the randomly selected
precincts on the polling day.
The simulation was the part of ISFED's pre-election
preparations and aimed at examining the observers, operators of the central
office, data base and the communications system.
