Opinions on the draft Law “on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination”
Tbilisi. CSO "Article 42 of the Constitution”
has submitted to the Parliament of Georgia the opinions on the draft Law "on
the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination”. The opinions cover the
following issues: special measures affecting persons with disabilities, "family
relations”, exercise of supervision over elimination of discrimination by the
Public Defender, granting the entities exercising supervision over facts of
discrimination the right to impose sanctions, etc.
