Tbilisi. IDFI has filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Finance in the Tbilisi City Court on 17 April 2014."... A lawsuit was filed in court because the Ministry has provided incomplete and non-classified information. Huge portion of provided information is not presented the way IDFI had requested. Out of fifteen requests, the Ministry has responded fully to five requests only. Administrative body has not issued information concerning two issues," says the information released by the organization.
