Adjara. A training was delivered on advocacy in
the Batumi Branch office of the "First Step Georgia" for the parents
of beneficiaries and early intervention specialists, aimed at informing the
participants about the rights of various social groups and opportunities for
protecting their interests.Training was delivered by the Batumi Coordinator of the Early
Intervention Program and psychologist Nino Makharadze, who has informed the
participants about basic elements and types of advocacy and offered to the
audience ways and means for improving their own lives and the state of the
society.
