Tbilisi. The Independent Feminist Group has
organized a rally on May 27 by the Ministry of Interior, condemning violence against
women. Members of the Independent Feminist Group state that the police avoid
registering this offence. Members of the initiative group have left with the
security guards of the Ministry of Interior the following posters: "Family
bully is unpunished", "MoI, violence against women is a crime",
etc. In the near future the feminist group will draw up the petition and start
collecting the signatures.
