Tbilisi. The "Young Barristers” respond to the public discussion according to which, a group of civil society demand legalization/decriminalization of marijuana. "We believe, that decriminalization is too early, since this may cause increased number of drug addicts. Most often, marijuana addicts, who are short of marijuana, tend to choose stronger drugs. Therefore, decriminalization may increase the risk of increased number of drug addicts.
