Human Rights Center - Summing Up the Local Self-Government Elections
Tbilisi. The Human Rights Center
has released information summarizing the local self-government elections. The
organization's 28 observers have observed the elections in villages of the
Kakheti Region settled with ethnic minorities, as well as the Imereti Region -
namely villages of the Sachkhere Municipality bordering the conflict zone.
