Tbilisi. The Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information
has released information on the business trip and roaming expenses borne by the
ministries in 2013. "IDFI has addressed all ministries and requested detailed
information on the business trip expenses borne for the official and business
visits of officials abroad. The Ministry of Interior of Georgia was the only
Ministry, which left this request unanswered.... As the
provided documentation illustrates, the business trip expenses of officials of
the ministries and the administrations of State Ministers (except for the
Ministry of Interior) in 2013 equaled 3 121 919 GEL in total."
