organized a public discussion – "Parties and Citizens: How Will Local
Democracy Develop in Georgia?". Nino Lomjaria from the International
Society for Fair Elections and Democracy, Davit Sichinava, researcher from the
Caucasus Research Resource Center and Levan Tsutskiridze from the Netherlands
Institute for Multiparty Democracy have participated in the discussion.The Heinrich Boll Foundation offers a
