Tbilisi. "Young Barristers" has reacted to the initiative on cumulative sentencing principle in the Criminal Procedure Code. The organization addresses the Ministry of Justice with a proposal "to draw attention to issues that will exclude adverse effects of application of the cumulative principle in practice, in case the new regulations are introduced."
