Tbilisi. On October 15, the International
White Cane Day, the information campaign was held at the initiative of
organization "Mariani" for the drivers. As part of the campaign,
booklets were distributed at Wissol's gas station on how should the drivers
behave when seeing the blind pedestrians with a white cane in the street, how
to stop a car for a blind person, and how to assist such persons without
violating the ethical norms.Wissol Group is the partner of the campaign. The project is funded by
the Polish Foundation "Ari Ari".
