Tbilisi. The Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information has published the Open Governance Action Plan for 2014-15. Georgia has joined the Open Governance Partnership in September 2011. Importantly, the Action Plan for 2014-15 was drafted through coordinated work of the Government, CSOs and the civil society.
