International - Georgia has released a blog post "Signs of Nepotism in the
Chkhorotsku Municipality". The organization "believes that the local
authorities, as well as other public agencies must administer staff policies
independently, fairly and by observance of law, which means the recruitment of
the new staff only through the contest-certification commission – with
observance of an open and transparent contest. Experience, qualification and
relevance with office to be occupied must be the key selection criteria",
says the blog post.
