“Rehabilitation Process beyond the Façade” - Electronic Version

Lawyers' Association has published an online version of the study - "Rehabilitation
Process beyond the Facade". The study reviews the activities of two funds
established by the Tbilisi Government: the Old City Rehabilitation and
Development Fund and the Tbilisi Development Fund. GYLA has published the study
in 2012, but in view of the topic's relevance the organization has released
electronic versions.
