Tbilisi. A public discussion on
the "World After 9/11" was organized at the initiative of the NATO
and EU Information Center, moderated by the Director of the Information Center
Elene Gotsadze. Meeting participants have discussed global consequences of 11
September 2001 and Georgia's role in ensuring the world security. The Head of
the Department for International Relations and Euro-Atlantic Integration of the
Ministry of Defense Davit Nardaia and the Deputy Director of the US Department
of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Marika Laliashvili have also participated in
the event held with support of the Young Diplomats' Club.
