Meeting – “Women as Agents for Changes and Strengthening”
Tbilisi. In the office of
"Women’s Information Centre” the partners’ meeting was held in the framework of
the project "Women as Agents for Changes and Strengthening”.The representatives of the
foundation "Taso”, the Young
Economists Association and Institute for War and Peace Reporting Institute,
discussed the plans to be realized in the nearest future. Self-help groups are working on grant projects
which include the opening of resource centers in all target regions by means of
small grants; also publishing of guide series is planned for women
entrepreneurs - how to start and develop business. Meeting of the Civil Society
representatives of Abkhazia and Tskhinvali regions is planned at peace
negotiation table.
