Discussion with Students over Open Governance Partnership

The Institute for the
Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) has organized a discussion with
students over the Open Governance Partnership (OGP). A meeting attended by
students from different universities was held in the Training Multi Media
Center.Chairman of IDFI's Board Levan
Avalishvili has explained to the meeting participants how the OGP works, what
obligations Georgia undertakes in the partnership, how the civil society is
involved in this process and what should be done to increase interest in terms
of elaborating on the obligations as well as controlling their fulfillment.
The web portal CsoGeorgia.org releases a weekly newsletter of grants competition, contests, vacancies, fellowships, and tenders for civil society organizations, and for any interested person.
