Transparency International Discusses Emigration Regulations
Tbilisi. At the initiative of "Transparency
International – Georgia", a discussion
was held together with foreign citizens present in Georgia over consequences of
stricter emigration regulations.
"Numerous
foreign citizens were affected by introduction of the new regulations,
including individuals who lived in Georgia for years without any
problems", says the organization's web page in the social network.
Up to
80 participants of 15 countries have participated in the discussion. They have
discussed their experiences and created difficulties.
This
meeting aimed to obtain information on problems of these individuals, following
which the organization plans to address the authorities with concrete
recommendations.
