At the annual membership meeting in Berlin yesterday Transparency International (TI), global anti-corruption movement, elected its new Board of Directors. More than 100 countries participated in the election of the movement's new leadership. José Ugaz will serve as the new Chair of the TI Board, while Elena Panfilova will be a Vice-Chair. Six Board members were also elected at yesterday's members' meeting – Mark Mullen, Chair of TI Georgia's Board among them.
