Chemonics is seeking Business Enabling Environment/Policy Specialists for an anticipated USAID-funded economic governance project that will foster a predictable business environment in which laws, rules and regulations are fairly and transparently applied. It is expected that this project will facilitate implementation of reforms and/or enforcement of laws that: protect property rights; facilitate commercial dispute resolution; provide predictable regulatory frameworks; promote transparent and consistent tax enforcement; and promote competition.
