The USAID Green Economy Program is a five-year, $24.5 million program funded by USAID and implemented by DAI to build a more prosperous economy for Georgian workers, families, and communities. The Program will enhance the competitiveness and capacity of target economic sectors, promote access to Western markets, create high-value employment opportunities, and reduce the environmental footprint of Georgia`s economy. 

Position description: 

The Procurement Manager oversees and conducts procurement of goods and services for the Program. This position has total oversight of all procurement processes to ensure integrity, fairness, and transparency in procurement processes, as well as adherence to policies, procedures, and controls. The position will procure across a variety of industry sectors and engage in contract management, dispute resolution, and relationship and vendor management. This position supervises the Procurement Officer and reports to the Director of Finance and Operations (DFO).
