HICD 2020 is seeking offers from eligible local technical assistance consultants (individual offerors) and/or training/consulting organizations registered in Georgia for Developing Fundraising Capacity for the Georgian Association of Social Workers (GASW). The goal of the program is to enhance GASW`s fundraising capacity so that the organization is able to plan, implement and manage the fundraising campaigns effectively with a view to making GASW a financially viable entity. A special focus should be made on GASW`s proposal writing capacity.
