European Neighbourhood Programme for Agriculture and Rural Development - Georgia (ENPARD III) - Support to the development of livelihoods in disadvantaged rural regions of Georgia

The overall objective of ENPARD III is to assist the Government of Georgia in eradicating poverty, promoting sustainable and inclusive growth and consolidating and improving democratic and economic governance. The specific objective is to promote inclusive and sustainable growth and development, creating employment and livelihoods for the poor and excluded population.
The expected results of ENPARD III are: 1) Improved rural economic diversification, employment and services, 2) enhanced competitiveness of agriculture, and 3) improved environment, sustainable management of natural resources and climate action.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME AND PRIORITY ISSUES
The global objective of this Call for Proposals is to improve the economic and social integration of vulnerable households in disadvantaged rural regions of Georgia, including eco-migrants, conflict affected people (IDPs and their host communities) and ethnic minorities
The specific objective of this Call for Proposals is to improve economic opportunities (employment and employability), social integration, and the access to basic social services for the target population.
