Meeting with Non-Judge Members of the Common Courts Judge Collegium
Tbilisi. The Georgian Bar Association has hosted a meeting
between members of the Bar Association's governing bodies and law field
committees and non-judge members of the common courts disciplinary collegium.
At the meeting the attorneys have conveyed their vision on the gaps within the
judges' disciplinary liability system. Participants have discussed grounds of
the judges' disciplinary liability and the reform initiatives proposed in this
respect.
