Kakheti. The Municipal Services Development Association held a meeting in the Telavi Civic Engagement Center on October 31 with the local self-government representatives.The meeting participants have discussed the analysis document and ranged the priorities for 2013-2014 in respect of the waste management in the Telavi Municipality.
