The organization "addresses the Government and Parliament of Georgia with a recommendation to objectively assess the need for announcing one-time tax amnesty in the country and re-adopt the Law "on the Amnesty and Legalization of Non-Declared Tax Liabilities and Property”, which would exempt entrepreneur entities from taxes evaded in 2005-2012 and enable them to legalize non-declared finances and property”.
