Tbilisi. On November 28, 2014, the Public
Defender of Georgia, together with the National Parliamentary Library of
Georgia held a public debate on legal rights of ethnic minorities. At
the debate, speakers included Coordinator of the Ethnic Minority Council
at the Public Defender of Georgia Koba Chopliani, State Minister of
Georgia for Reconciliation and Civil Equality Paata Zakareishvili;
Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Lia Gigauri;
Executive Secretary of Ethnic Minority Council at the Public Defender of
Georgia Izabela Osipova. The discussion was moderated by Public
