Tbilisi. PMC research center and the "Caucasian
Institute for Economic and Social Research" have disclosed at 11 am on
November 2 the results of monitoring over several programs of the Tbilisi
budget for 2011-2012. The research covered the Tbilisi Reserve Fund, Pre-School
Education Program and the city's cleaning program.At the presentation
the authors of the research spoke about the economic and legal issues of listed
programs.The presentation
has resulted in the discussion and the speakers have answered all questions of
the audience.
