Young Constitutionalists Comment on the Procurement Agency
Tbilisi. The Georgian Young Constitutionalists' Association has positively evaluated the 2014 activities of the Council for Procurement-related Disputes at the State Procurement Agency.
"The "Georgian Young Constitutionalists' Association" is involved in and monitors the process of examination of state procurement-related disputes since 2014. Notably, each complaint in the Council is examined by unswerving observation of principles of adversariality and equality, through maximum transparency, which has a positive impact on the quality of the Council's decisions and reduction of workload of the common courts in terms of the number of complaints granted", the statement released by the organization says.
