Young Barristers Address the Parliament of Georgia with Recommendations
Tbilisi. CSO "Young Barristers" have addressed the Parliament of
Georgia with recommendations concerning submitted amendments to the Law of
Georgia "on the Ownership of Agricultural Land". In particular,
"we offer to take into account international practices and introduce much
stricter regulations on land alienation procedures in respect of foreign
nationals or stateless persons", the organization's web page states.
