Kakheti. The fifth class has graduated from the Telavi Democracy School of the Netherlands Institute for the Multiparty Democracy (NIMD). Participants have completed a 5-month program. The organization's representative, political analyst Levan Tsutskiridze has delivered a summary lecture in the School.
