Court Grants Lawsuit of the Institute for the Development of Freedom of Information
Tbilisi. On February 9, the
Tbilisi City Court has granted a lawsuit of the Institute for the Development
of Freedom of Information against the sub-agency institution Penitentiary
Department of the Ministry of Corrections and Probation of Georgia, the
Institute's web page in the social network states.Accordingly, the Penitentiary
Department was instructed to fully provide to the Institute the requested
information in 11 points. The Institute expresses hope that the Penitentiary Department
fully enforces the court decision.
