II Interim Monitoring Report on Certification and Contests of Civil Servants

Since October 2014, the International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy is monitoring the process of certification and contests of civil servants, as well as testing and interview stages across Georgia. 73 observers of the organization carry out monitoring based on uniform methodology and questionnaires.
