Tbilisi. CSOs have released an appeal to the Tbilisi City Hall. "We believe for public needs it must be possible to post social advertising in public places in Tbilisi for free. Please undertake measures so that relevant places are allocated for the social ads.
On our part we express readiness to get involved to the extent possible in resolving this problem. We will await your feedback", the appeal states.
