Tbilisi. As "Liberal's" journalist reports, the Tbilisi Appellate Court has rejected a lawsuit of the company RMG GOLD, the Agency for Cultural Heritage, and the Government of Georgia.
They were challenging the decision of the City Court, which has partially granted a lawsuit by "Green Alternative" and individual citizen Davit Sakhvadze.
