TI Blogs on Initiative to Set Up the Tbilisi Entrepreneurship Support Center
Tbilisi. Transparency International - Georgia has released a blog on the initiative to set up the Tbilisi Entrepreneurship Support Center. The organization believes that "Initiative to set up 2 million funded Tbilisi Entrepreneurship Support Center raises concerns". Further, the organization finds there is no need to set up such an agency, because: "(1) numerous agencies across the country are already tasked to support entrepreneurship and rather solid budgetary funds are allocated in this respect; (2) inadequately huge funding was announced for this new agency, which, for instance, is around four times larger than the allotment for the Business Ombudsman's office...".
