"The signatory organizations respond with concern to the criminal prosecution of the former Mayor of Tbilisi, Gigi Ugulava, and the decisions of the Chief Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia and the Tbilisi City Court which give rise to well-founded doubts that they were politically motivated.
