Court Finds Poti Mayor as Administrative Offender
Samegrelo. According to the Ombudsman's web page, on March 13 the Poti City Court has ruled that the Poti Municipality Mayor, Irakli Kakulia has failed to fulfill the Public Defender's lawful request, thus violating the Code of Administrative Offences of Georgia. The Court has fined Irakli Kakulia in the amount of 800 GEL.
