Tbilisi. Last week the Heinrich Boll Foundation has held discussions in Tbilisi, Batumi and Kutaisi - "Who's afraid of gender quotas?". The Foundation offers a video recording of discussion held in Tbilisi for those who were unable to attend a public discussion.
