The Executive Committee of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum has released a statement, addressing and requesting from the Azerbaijani authorities "... to immediately and unconditionally release Intigam Aliev and Rasul Japarov along with other prisoners of conscience in Azerbaijan", the appeal states.
